Meet The Staff

Debra Beckner, R.D.H., Hygiene Therapist
Debbie is a 1971 graduate of Indiana University’s School of Dental Hygiene and has completed one year of specialty training at I.U. in graduate periodontics. She is CPR certified and Dental Oral Consicious Sedation Certified. Debbie has come to Mohr & Mohr Smiles with 38 years experience in the following: non-surgical periodontal treatment, cosmetic dental assessment, oral cancer brush biopsy, oral preventative care, oral care for oncology patients, intraoral camera use, digital x-rays, diagnodent (laser early decay detection), Arestin use (antibiotic therapy), and Zoom Whitening. Debra’s commitment to total patient care is demonstrated by her development of individualized treatment for oral preventive therapy. Debbie says, “I respect and admire the commitment and the approach to treatment planning that both Drs. Cameron and Beth Mohr have.”

Paige Karberg, C.D.A., E.D.A., Restorative Specialist
Paige is a 2005 graduate of Ivy Tech College, certified in dental assisting with additional training in expanded duties and oral conscious sedation. Paige is radiography certified and trained through the American Heart Association in CPR. ”I love being able to provide quality dental care in an office that is so focused on providing a relaxing environment for all patients. Dr.’s Cameron and Beth Mohr strive to make all patients’ as comfortable as they can be. The whole team truly cares for each and every patients well being.”

April Snyder, C.D.A., E.D.A., Restorative Specialist
April is a 2006 graduate of Ivy Tech College, certified in dental assisting with additional training in expanded duties. April is certified by the American Heart Association in CPR and also radiology certified by the state of Indiana. “The focus and attention to detail the Mohr and Mohr Smiles team gives to each patient is incomparable. Drs. Cameron and Beth Mohr strive to make every patient feel as comfortable as possible. They are also very aware of patients’ fears about dentistry and are very equipped to handle it.”






Amy Solomon, E.D.A., Patient Care Coordinator
Amy is a 1993 graduate of Ivy Tech College, certified in dental assisting with additional training in expanded duties assisting as well as Dental Oral Conscious Sedation Certified. Amy is CPR certified and has over ten years of dental office experience. Amy has been with the office since April 2007 and loves the administrative side of the office. Her previous clinical experience allows her to answer treatment questions as well as insurance or financial. Amy says “I am so proud to be a member of the team at Mohr & Mohr Smiles. I have found the perfect fit for me, working where everyone is 100% committed to the comfort and best treatment possible is a dream come true.”

Jessica VanHoosier, Patient Care Coordinator
Jessica is a 2009 graduate of McCutcheon High School and is attending Purdue University, majoring in Health Sciences. She plans to continue her education beyond Purdue at Dental School, eventually obtaining a career as a dentist herself. “Working at Mohr and Mohr Smiles has given me much insight into the dental field and how to treat each patient with care. I hope to one day have a team of my own that works just as hard as Drs. Cameron and Beth Mohr do to pamper the needs of every patient.”
